	COUNT! is a Network License Management Utility for Windows 
	programs.  It enables you to abide to "simultaeous use" licenses 
	in a network environment

	This disk contains Count! Network License Management Software, and 
	utilities.  The Count!.exe program launches applications, meters 
	licenses, etc.  The CountAdm.exe program is used by Network 
	Administrators to install, setup, and monitor the use of 
	applications.

	For a quick idea of whether COUNT! will meet your needs, use 
	CountAdm to meter several test applications (using stub files).
	CountAdm's HELP system will take you through all the steps.

	The Count!.txt file completely describes the use of the software, 
	including installation procedures.

	COUNT! is copyrighted shareware.  You are free to evaluate the 
	software for 30 days to determine its suitability to your needs.  
	Use beyond 30 days requires registration.  The cost of the license 
	is $79/Server.
